Ventura County Assessor Reports 4% Increase in 2024-25
County Assessor Keith Taylor has completed the 2024-25 Annual Assessment Roll, which increased by 4% from last year to have a net total of $179.1 billion. However, the majority of assessments increased no more than 2% under Proposition 13.
